Return & Refund Policy
🔹 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Valid proof of purchase is provided (Order ID & receipt).
🔹 2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-made or made-to-order sofas
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products with visible signs of use or damage
- Items returned after 7 days
🔹 3. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or wrong product:
- Contact us at support@unidot.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share images/videos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
🔹 4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for bank details for NEFT transfer.
🔹 5. Pickup & Shipping
We offer free return pickups in most areas. If your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to ship the product back and we will reimburse the courier charges (up to ₹300).
